What a hotel system usually looks like. We never recommend camera placement inside guest rooms, or in any area where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy. If a request crosses that line, we’ll tell you at survey rather than quote it.

Where should cameras never be placed in a hotel?

Guest rooms, bathrooms, changing areas, and anywhere a guest has a reasonable expectation of privacy. We won’t design coverage into those spaces, and we’ll say so at survey if a request crosses that line.

Yes. Corridor cameras are positioned along the length of the hallway rather than facing doors, so you record who passes through without recording who enters which room.

We configure role-based access so only authorised staff can review recordings, with a record of who accessed what. It protects guests and it protects you if footage is ever questioned.

Longer than most businesses, since guest complaints and claims often surface days later. We usually size storage for extended retention and confirm the period with you.
