Entrance & exit
Face capture at head height on the way in, so you have a usable image and not just a hat.
Till & counter
Overhead cover of the transaction area for refund disputes and cash handling.
Aisles & displays
Floor coverage angled along the aisle rather than across it, so nothing hides behind an end-cap.
High-value stock
Tighter coverage on the lines that actually walk, positioned so you can still merchandise them openly.

What retailers ask us
How many cameras does a shop actually need?
It depends on sight lines more than floor area. A narrow shop can be covered with four; an open floor with tall shelving might need eight. The survey settles it – we’d rather place fewer cameras well than sell you more.
Can I watch multiple branches from one login?
Yes. We configure each site’s recorder to a single account, so you can switch between branches in the app.
How long is footage kept?
Typically two to four weeks, depending on camera count, resolution, and the storage fitted. We size the recorder to the retention you need.
Do I need to tell staff and customers?
Yes. UAE regulations require visible signage where CCTV is in operation. We supply the signage and advise on placement as part of the handover.
